Concerning Mr. Marod

| Edward A. Marod is an
experienced,
"A v" rated trial lawyer. He was born on July 27, 1949, in Grand Haven,
Michigan. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1977. For a

then he has
been involved in the defense and prosecution of numerous civil lawsuits
and proceedings throughout Florida and in other states. Mr. Marod
obtained
his Juris Doctor degree from the University
of Michigan Law School, in 1977 (see his 25th Anniversary Reunion
Photo here), and also holds a Bachelor
of Science
degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from Grand Valley State University of
Allendale, Michigan. His education in business administration
is reflected in his concentration on business related litigation.
Mr. Marod's practice has included representation of banks, savings and loan associations, the FDIC and the RTC, as well as individuals, major corporations, and small businesses. In addition to numerous unreported decisions, Mr. Marod's name appears on 49 decisions reported in Westlaw as a result of his having been involved in dozens of trials and over 70 appeals.
